Super Foods for Arthritis!!!!!




The medical term for joint inflammation is Arthritis. Anyone who feels any pain or stiffness on the legs and hands when trying to move around is likely to have developed arthritis. Arthritis is the general term for the many disorders that may pertain to the joints of the body – it is not a single disease. One of the most common forms of this disease and usually affects the elderly is Osteoarthritis. But, arthritis is something that can be prevented. There are foods which are proven to be helpful in battling arthritis. Include them in your diet and your chances of developing arthritis in the long run will likely decrease. 1.            Green tea

13. Poppy Seeds/ khas khas
It is rich in calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. it helps in preventing arthritis and osteoporosis. It also helps in relieving pain in arthritis.

14. Spinach.

It is a rich source of calcium, magnesium and vitamin K. It helps in bone strengthening. Vitamin K also helps in bone building by its action on calcium metabolism.
15. Gooseberry
It nourishes bones and strengthen teeth.
